Sumatra used to be an indoor/outdoor cat. Now she relives her outdoor days by staring at the pigeons in the window sills across the street.
Edit: Steve at The Modulator gathers bloggers' posts of animals. Cats, dogs, reptiles, cockroaches, you name it. It's a cool idea that lets you see that you're not the only geek taking pictures of your pet to post on the internets. Thanks to Allan for the info.

My cats all do the "biting thing", but if you listen, they're bird calling: They're trying their best to imitate the bird's cry to get it closer.
