So, "chili con carne" is "Chili: Asshole meat?"
Truth be told, commercial Chili in a can has far more distasteful parts of the steer in it than that!

Don't be silly, Thomas. "Con" in Spanish means "with," and I am sure you know that.
I myself like the juxtaposition of "pro and con," while imagining "con" in the French sense.

Thank you. Thank you. THANK YOU!
How did you know that the first words I would want to learn would be words I could tell people off with?! Good Job! Loved it! LOL!:)

Thank you! Haven't been out of bed for more than 20 minutes and already I have learned one new thing today. Guess I can cross that off my list and head back to bed.
P.S. Could you be any more adorable? I don't think so. Especially when you laugh.

Sorry, the only Spanish I know is what my friend told me to say if stopped by the border guards when we tok a trip to Mexico:
"El ganja es toda mina. Mi amigo es inocente. Merezco ir a encarcelar."
Funny, but it really doesn't look anything like "I'm an American Citizen. I'm here for vacation. I have brought no fruits or vegetables."

LOL Thamas!

All I could think of was the Spanish slang word "maricón" when you were teaching us our new French word. After living in South Florida, I picked up some choice Spanish phrases... maricón actually means "faggot".
Good one for you to know next time you go to Mexico, Thomas. Perhaps it's a word you can use to describe your friend to your fellow inmates while in that Mexican prison.

So I leave town for a week and come back to you so obviously "playing" with videoblogs. Thanks for cracking me up!
