I'm curious. How do your political views mesh with Allan's? This might be a trick question.

I saw one recently that said something like
"too much pluribus, not enough unum"
I'm not entirely sure that I am cool enough to really "get" that.

Mike,
You know my views on dubya. We talked at length about it on the phone not too long ago.
I laughed harder than she did when we saw the sticker.

I like this one:
I support faith-based missle defense systems.

Ah, the joys of reading bumper stickers again... sigh, not too many around here. The best I've seen lately over here are the ones that say, "Voiture Lente" on the back of those voitures-sans-permis. Like, Duh! It's a glorified lawn-mower!

I like this one:
Beware of Dogma
and one I made up:
My dentist gives me gas.

My favourite recent one was
labor party
'from the people who brought you the weekend'

Perfect! Simple, yet eloquent. Thanks for sharing.

I have one that says "Forget about world peace. Visualize using your turn signal." It's my favorite.
Others I've seen and loved:
"my other car is a piece of s*&$, too"
"Yes, this is my truck. No, I won't help you move."
"In case of rapture, may I have your car?"

I have a question...I'm a bit pissed, so the following may make sense...
Anyone here ever serve their country [whichever it may may be]in any fashion [police, EMS, tax prick, etc...]?
Ali was [is?] a friend of mine many years ago...so I do not want to trash up her blog with back and forth talk...but:
For every one of your posts, I have lost a friend in the service of the USA, defending your right to bash away.let's play a game. Here's names, add two or three, maybe four, for the kids, and the spouse, can you sleep now? Can their kids and wife?:
Bill
Rob
Rick
Steve
Fred
John
Pat
Ken
Steve
Adam
Morgan
and the list goes on....and on. And on.
Want to protest..see cafepress, there are some doozy's there...you know "1-20-09, the end of a error!" Love that one...funny, but wrong. W..idiot, right? Impeach Bush....sweet. Whatever.
Here's a tip..have an original thought.
The next line is NOT original: Ask yourself...and I think Mick and Joe said it best:
When they kick out your front door
How you gonna come?
With your hands on your head
Or on the trigger of your gun
Bash away...but seriously, do you not understand that there are bad people wanting you, and your kids, and your cats, dead, and gone.
We see them, hopefully you will too...
One of the beauteous things about the USA, is that no matter how much you hate the USA....we, I, will protect you...I won't like your thoughts, but I WILL LAY MY LIFE DOWN FOR YOUR THOUGHTS.
How you gonna come?
Peace...out here- BondoA6
Hate me...fine. I'm a big boy.
But think of Rob's widow and her three kids. Hate them, and that is a different realm. Their hell is your freedom.
